Treble Clef Sight-reading - Intermediate and Advanced
Hi guys! 🎼 This week we have been looking at our Treble clef and how to read music on the stave!
🎶 We are looking at all the different components that help us read music.
❗Our stave is made up of 5 lines and 4 spaces, as shown on the two worksheets.
🤔 There are two rhymes that help us remember which notes go where on the stave - the first is:
▪️Every Good Boy Does Fine (On the line)
👍 Each word starts with the letter of the note on each line. Fill in the sheet to help you remember.
And the second is:
▪️F A C E (On the space)
✏️ Each of the letters in the word FACE represent the notes on each space. Fill in the sheet to help you remember!
📚 There is also the treble clef sight-reading worksheet that we used in class - this is to practise your sight-reading of treble clef notes. Use the guide to help you!
👍 Recap the stave with the video attached! This talks through what we learnt in class and how to draw it yourself!
Happy practising!
